Great food~ service was amazing!!! José was our server today he was wonderful. He had great suggestions of food ,which we went with the pastrami sandwich, which was amazing. He never missed a refill. We didn't have to ask for anything, not even the bill or the boxes to take home our leftovers. Even brought me a to go iced tea!! He was quick, efficient, friendly and anticipated our needs. We will definitely be back.

Stopped in for lunch yesterday with a friend and was immediately seated. Even though it was lunch time and the restaurant was filling up, service was great. Noise level and lighting were perfect. And best of all, my entree was excellent! I ordered the meatloaf which comes with green beans and mashed potatoes. Perfect temperature and more importantly, perfect taste! It's been a while since I've ate here and it was just as great as the last.

Usually not the biggest fan of barbecue, but this place never disappoints. Came here for a team dinner and got the steak mac & cheese and broccoli. Atmosphere was fun and the bartenders were super nice. 9/10

First off everyone in the Fresno area was telling me hey you go to Westwoods for American cuisine BBQ. It's located nearby in the Riverpark mall area. Plenty of parking. We made reservations a week before to eat at lunch time. The best time to go there right when they open up. The ambiance was adequate, lighting, and the staff was friendly. The was delivery hot and fast at our table. We recommended the sliders, the tri tip and the sweet potatoes fries you should definitely try those menu items.

My wife and I went to Westwoods tonight with our friends to enjoy a good meal and each other company. We were able to get right in, we had a reservation, and seated in a section we are not normally in. We were so glad we were seated where we were. This is why Our waitress was Kayla, the BEST customer service person on the planet! As we sat and caught up with our friends, up came this beautiful young lady with the BEST personality anyone could ask for. Her smile was contagious and her personality was on point. I can not say enough about this young lady. Kayla was so happy and so energetic that you could not help but to smile and be happy. It is not easy to find a server that goes above and beyond these days, normally they come up take your order, refill your drinks and you don't even pay attention to them. Not Kayla, we were happy to pause our conversation and pay attention to her every time she came to our table. What a beautiful soul! My wife and I wish Kayla the best in her future and will ask for here every time we go back. We asked for her manager at the end of the meal, Kayla looked shook but we assured her that all was good. Once the manager, Amber, came to our table we told her how impressed we were with this young lady and what an asset she is to her staff. Amber had only the best things to say about her as well and was thankful for our comments. The food was excellent, the company was perfect and Kayla made us all enjoy the entire experience! Thank you Kayla and Amber for such a special night.

I came here for lunch with some coworkers and we just got appetizers to share. The service was very attentive and kind, and the atmosphere was nice too. We got: The appetizer sampler with wings, potato skins, and brisket nachos. The brisket nachos were probably my favorite part of the whole meal, the slight sweetness from the barbecue sauce paired nicely with the traditional nacho toppings. The wings were fried really crispy and were quite large but I wish they had more seasoning or were tossed in the buffalo sauce. We didn't end up touching the potato skins but they didn't look like anything special. The tri tip on its own was quite good and tender. I liked it with the barbecue sauce on the table vs the one they serve with it. It was a little sweeter and kind of reminded me of Dog House barbecue sauce. This is probably personal preference though. The Texas toast was pretty boring to me and I would skip it next time. I liked the jalapeño cornbread because it was moist and flavorful but my friends didn't care for it. The fried pickles were delicious and exactly what you expect. Nothing special but classic. My friend got the white chili and said it was nothing special. Is it ultra authentic barbecue? No it's not. But is it good and will do in a pinch when we don't have too many options in Fresno? Yes, it will.

Absolutely recommend! Good BBQ. Really good bbq for the Central Valley. The ultimate platter was more than enough for 2 people. The chicken nachos were also more than enough for 3 people. Brisket was so tender, melts in your mouth. The sausage was flavorful. Chicken was seasoned well and also tender. The toast tasted like it was toasted on the grill. Can't go wrong with their pork ribs either. Even the fries were really good. I had the watermelon margarita which was really refreshing. The service was great. Waitress was very attentive. It was really busy for a Friday evening but having reservations helped. Casual atmosphere and family friendly.
